Foy Woodrow Westfall

Foy Woodrow Westfall, 83, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023, at his home in Williamsburg, Kansas.

Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Williamsburg, Kansas.

Foy was born Monday, September 18, 1939, in Spur, Texas, the son of Richard Francis and Louise (Smith) Westfall.

He lived in Williamsburg, Kansas for the last thirty years, moving there from the Texas panhandle.

Foy was united in marriage to Pennie E. Springer April 9, 1973, in Dumas, Texas. She survives of the home.

He was employed by T Bones Trucking in Ottawa as a truck driver for eighteen years, retiring in 2014 at the age of seventy-five.

Foy was a member of the Church of Christ in Texas. He was passionate about helping others and enjoyed mowing his yard. Foy especially enjoyed his time spent with family and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughters; Lanaia Lea Westfall, Teresa Anderson, and sister; Donna Gunn.

Survivors include his wife; Pennie, sons; James Westfall of Texas, Robert Westfall of Williamsburg, Sonny Westfall of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ronnie Howell (Diane) of Williamsburg, grandson; Christopher (Christine) Westfall of Wichita Falls, Texas, sister; Elaine (Glen) Vowell of Lawton, Oklahoma, brothers; Ronnie Gunn of Lawton, Oklahoma, Robert McGinnis of Irving, Texas, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
