Flossie Permelia Blair, 92, of Ottawa, Kansas died on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at her residence in Ottawa, Kansas. She was born the third of twelve children on Sunday, February 6, 1916, in Rantoul, Kansas, the daughter of Earl Gregg and Effie Gregg. She was a lifelong resident of Franklin County. She graduated from Chestnut Grove School with the class of 1934. Mrs. Blair was a lifelong homemaker. She was also employed as a waitress at Kelly`s Cafe in Ottawa. On June 28, 1959, Flossie was united in marriage with Earle C. Blair at Ottawa, Kansas. He preceded her in death July 21, 2000. Survivors include: Stepdaughter-Earlene Magenheimer of Overland Park, Kan. Stepson-Malcolm Blair of Ellensberg, Wash. Stepdaughter-Judith Ionnone of Sierra Vista, Ariz. Step-Grandchildren-Seven Step Gt-Grandchildren-Nine Brother-Bobby Gregg of Sun City West, Arizona. Sister-Marie Bayless of Carbondale, Kan. She was preceded in death by: Husband-Earle C. Blair Sister-Alice Martin Sister-Betty Ewing Sister-Nellie Pfannenstiel Sister-Velma Faulkner Father-Earl Gregg Mother-Effie Gregg Brother-Jesse Gregg Brother-Roy Gregg Brother-William `Barney` Gregg Infant Brother-Delbert Gregg Infant Brother-Donald Gregg SERVICES: Mrs. Blair was cremated and no services are planned.
