Eulalah B. Henricks, 79, of Ottawa, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at Ottawa Retirement Village. Cremation is planned with no services at this time. Eulalah was born Friday, September 23, 1938 at Mildred, Kansas, the daughter of Walter D. and Edna A. (Beckwith) Dudley. She graduated from Garnett High School in Garnett, Kansas and attended General Hospital School of Nursing from 1956 until 1960, graduating with a degree in nursing. In 1962, Eulalah was united in marriage with Walter Humphreys at Kansas City, Missouri. He preceded her in death. In 1976, she was united in marriage with Don Henricks at Ottawa. He also preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Edna Dudley; grandparents, Dale and Mable Dudley and Olliver and Letha Beckwith. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth L. Franks and husband George of Ottawa, and Calista A. Renfroe and husband Keith of Tallahassee, Florida; siblings, Daline Dudley of Florida, Melvin Dudley of Missouri, and Daisy Mordt also of Missouri: one grandchild and four great grandchildren. Eulalah worked twenty years as a registered nurse at Osawatomie State Hospital, retiring in 2005. She lived seventeen years in Garnett, Kansas, four years in Kansas City, Missouri, ten years in Forks, Washington and moved to Ottawa, Kansas in the 1970’s. Eulalah loved crafts and sewing.
