Emma Mae Cook

Emma Mae Cook was born on Tuesday, February 23, 1926 at Quenemo, Osage County, Kansas. She was the daughter of John and Helen (Norton) Kline. Emma Mae made her home in Franklin County, Kansas nearly all of her life, living in Ottawa since 1991, moving here from Pomona, where she had lived for many years. Emma Mae was a life long homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidery and playing cards. Her greatest enjoyment came with caring for and spending time with her family and, especially, her grandchildren. She attended the Ottawa Community Church. On November 15, 1941 Emma Mae was united in marriage with Everett J. Cook at Ottawa, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1990. She is survived by three sons, Everett
