Emma Etta Arnold, 82, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014, at her home in Ottawa, Kansas. She was born on Monday, September 21, 1931 in Centropolis, Kansas, the daughter of Edgar and Elva (Seneff) Potter. Cremation is planned by Dengel & Son Mortuary with a service to be held at a later date.
