Ella Mae Wynn

Ella Mae Wynn, age 76 of Ottawa, Kansas passed away, Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Rock Creek of Ottawa.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, May 8, 2023, at Greenwood Cemetery, Ottawa.

Family will greet friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa.

Ella was born May 6, 1946, in Chippewa Hills in Franklin County, Kansas, the daughter of Henry and Carrie Dora (Marks) Mason.

She was a lifelong Ottawa resident.

Ella attended school at Greenwood Community and Pomona High School.

She was united in marriage to Darrell L. Conrad September 10, 1965, at Lawrence, Kansas. He preceded her in death January 25, 1988. Ella was then united in marriage to James L. Wynn November 1,1988 at Lawrence, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 10, 2014.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Henry Mason Jr., Charles Mason, Bill Mason, Robert Mason and Louis Mason and sister, Pauline Arb.

Survivors include her son, Leonard Conrad and his wife Janice of Ottawa; daughter, Kelly Jo Wadewitz and her husband Tracy Dickey of Ottawa; sisters Shirley Bulgarelli of Ottawa and Mabel Lee and her husband James of Texas; brother, Elmer Mason of Iowa; grandchildren, Adam Conrad, Dylan Conrad, Joshua Wadewitz and his wife Katie, Brandon Wadewitz and his wife Chelsea and Noah Wadewitz and his wife Olivia; great grandchildren, Xaiver, Paislee, Waylon and Clare Mae.

Ella was a lifelong homemaker. She enjoyed shopping, walking and playing bingo. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family
