Eletheir Lee Presnal

Eletheir L. Presnal, 75, of Ottawa, Kansas, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016, at Ransom Memorial Hospital. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 11, 2016, at the Sacred Heart Church. A rosary will be said at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Dengel & Son Mortuary, followed by a family and friends visitation at 7:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Pomona, Kansas. Eletheir was born Thursday, November 28, 1940, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Harvey and Thelma (Hoskinson) Nicholson. She lived in Glen Lyon, Pennsylvania, since the early 1970’s, moving in 2008, to Ottawa. She graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 1959. Eletheir was united in marriage with Albert Presnal September 29, 1959, in Topeka, Kansas. He preceded her in death on June 19, 2015. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her two children, Michael Presnal and wife Julie of Luzerne, Pennsylvania,and Regina Presnal of Dallas, Texas; four siblings, Dallas Nicholson and wife Karen Childers ofBrandon, Oregon, Lanora Newell of Ozawkie, Gary Nicholson and wife Margaret of Ottawa,and Harvey Nicholson and wife Diane of Topeka; and many nieces and nephews. Eletheir was a homemaker also working many years as a merchandiser for American Greetings, working from different stores throughout the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, area. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church of Ottawa and the Red Hat Society in Pennsylvania.
