He was born on Friday, July 1, 1938 in Minneapolis, Kansas, the son of Wayne E. and Edna M. (Stelter) Reichard. Services provided by Dengel & Son Mortuary. Private family service was held. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Franklin County, Kansas. The family suggests memorial contributions to Midland Hospice c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
