Dorothy H. Quinn

Dorothy was born May 29, 1917 in Louisburg, KS to Henry and Mary Ann Esterman Groh. She grew up in the area and was united in marriage to Clarence John Quinn. Together they worked their family farm. She lived in Paola until moving to Wellsville in 1969 and then back to Paola where she lived from 1972 until 1993. She moved to the La Cygne area in 1994 to be close to her son. Dorothy loved cats, spending time with family and friends, enjoyed cooking, and helped with kitchen duties at the Pinecrest Nursing Home in Paola. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers Ed and Albert Groh She is survived by her son Arthur Quinn and wife Mary Jo of La Cygne, KS; one sister Mary Whitaker of Clay Center, KS and many nieces and nephews.
