Donald G. Reynolds

Donald G. Reynolds, age 57, of Ottawa, Kansas, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kansas. He was born on Sunday, August 16, 1953, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of John and Helen Ruth (Wilson) Reynolds. He was a resident of Ottawa since 1971, moving from Kansas City, Kansas. He worked in the custodial department for Ottawa University since 2000. He was a former member of Centropolis Baptist Church. On Saturday, October 26, 1974, Donald was united in marriage with Susie Watterson in Stanley, Kansas. She preceded him in death on May 16, 1999. He survived by his: Mother-Helen Ruth Reynolds of Ottawa, Kansas; Son-Brian Reynolds of Garnett, Kansas; Daughter-Jennifer Staley and her husband, Jamie, of Ottawa, Kansas; Granddaughter-Alahna Reynolds of Garnett, Kansas and Granddaughter-Kayley Reynolds of Garnett, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his: Wife-Susie Reynolds; Father-John Reynolds and Brother-James Reynolds. SERVICES: Cremation is planned. A private family service will be held at a later date.
