Diana (Dee) Doris Zoller was born September 22, 1949, at Kansas City, Missouri. She was the daughter of Roland and Doris (Barker) Watkins. She moved from Kansas City to Ottawa, in Franklin County, Kansas, in 1979, where she made her home until her death Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at the age of fifty-two years. Dee graduated from Southwest High School in Kansas City, Missouri, with the class of 1967. From 1986 to 1997, Mrs. Zoller worked for R & J Accounting in Ottawa. From 1998 to March of 2002, she was employed as office manager for State Farm Insurance, Seymour Insurance Agency, in Ottawa. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Kansas City, Missouri. She loved gardening and cooking. She enjoyed office work and was quite efficient on the computer, and, in her spare time, liked to watch game shows on T.V. She was a sincere and caring person who was always helping others. Dee loved her family, grandchildren, and many friends and enjoyed spending time with them. In June of 1968, Dee was united in marriage with Jimmie Ray Robinson at Miami, Oklahoma. They were later divorced. In July of 1991, Dee was united in marriage with Leonard Barber. He preceded her in death. On September 29, 2001, Dee was united in marriage with Daniel C. Zoller at Ottawa. He survives of their home. She is also survived by her father and stepmother, Dr. Roland 'Doc' and Rose Watkins of Overland Park, Kansas; daughter, Judy Warner and her husband, Joel, of Olathe, Kansas; son, John Robinson and his wife, Adrienne, of Ottawa; three stepsons, Leonard Barber, Jr. of Ottawa, Tommy Barber of Ottawa, Larry Barber of Ottawa; two stepdaughters, Denise Geist of Ottawa, Rose Cook of Ottawa; two brothers, Larry Watkins and his wife, Donna, of Marion, Illinois, Allan Watkins and his wife, Christine, of Greenwood, Missouri; granddaughter, Chelsey Warner; and, two grandsons, Shawn Warner and Caden Robinson. She is preceded in death by her mother and husband, Leonard Barber. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from the Dengel & Son Mortuary 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2002. OFFICIATING CLERGY: Pastor Scott Dickinson IN STATE: Mrs. Zoller will lie in state at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 5:00 p.m. Thursday to the service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Friday evening. CEMETERY: Woodlawn Cemetery, Pomona, Kansas. MEMORIALS: The family suggests memorials to Diana Zoller Memorial Fund, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
