Delpha L. Callahan Pacheco, age 70, of Ottawa, Kansas, died Thursday, September 3, 2020, at her home with family by her side. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Highland Cemetery in Ottawa. Delpha was born February 5, 1950 at Ottawa, the daughter of Cecil Leroy and Lucile Marie (Stewart) Stecher. She graduated from Baldwin High School, Baldwin City, Kansas, with the class of 1968. Delpha was united in marriage to Danny Ray Callahan May 24, 1968 at Centropolis, Kansas. They were later divorced. On March 31, 2018, she was united in marriage with Manuel Pacheco, Jr. at Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He survives of their home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Lucile Stecher, and daughter, Patricia Likes. Survivors also include her sisters, Marilyn Shivers and husband Bill of Chicago, Illinois and Diane Unrein and husband Tim of Linwood, Kansas; grandchildren, Paige Knight and husband Devin, Clint Spears and wife Jessica, and Colby Likes, all of Ottawa, Kansas; and great grandchildren, Zachary, Mackenzie and Braelyn Knight. Delpha was first and foremost a homemaker but worked fourteen years at Our Own Hardware in Ottawa and at several other jobs over the years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, family dinners, growing flowers, going fishing, and loved her cats and her blue Volkswagen.
