Delores Sue Morris

Delores Sue Morris, 71, of Paola, Kansas passed away on March 23, 2023 at Olathe Hospice House.

She was born the daughter of Benjamin and Norma (Barker) Morris in Houston, Texas on Thursday, April 19, 1951.

Delores loved jewelry and always had on beautiful rings and admired the ones her sisters would wear. She also enjoyed crocheting and making necklaces out of beads. Her favorite days were spent thrift shopping and getting a cheeseburger with her sister Linda.

She lived out her last three years at North Point where she would play the Wii, bingo games, and watch Family Feud with the friends she made. Delores was a friend to everyone.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law Nick Cottle.

Survivors include her two loving sisters Linda Cottle and Donna (Calvin) Monroe; nephews Richard (Lisa) Cottle and Richard (Beth) Kersey; nieces Pam (George) Holtz, Staci (Brad) Myers, Kimberly (Wayne) Asbury, and Jacque (Matt) Nordhus; her great niece Morgan Purdom; and many other family members and friends.
