Debra J. Wastler, 44, of Louisburg, Kansas went to be with the Lord on June 15, 2009. Debbie was born October 31, 1964 in Kearney, Nebraska to Virgene Lundstrom and the late Harold Schneider. She graduated Valedictorian from Axtell High School in Axtell, Nebraska. She was highly involved in 4-H and the family farm. She moved on to further her education at the University of Kansas where she studied architecture. She resigned from her architecture studies and made her way to the School of Pharmacy at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Upon graduation, she worked in the retail pharmacy field for many years before attaining a long time goal of becoming the Director of Pharmacy at area hospitals. She has spent the last four years contributing to the livelihood of Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri. Debbie cherished moments with her children whether at home, on the soccer field or traveling to horse shows. Debbie lived happily as the all-time photographer and cheer mom. Debbie was preceded in death by her adored father, Harold Schneider and sister, Linda Schneider. Debbie is survived by her children, Carolyn Harris and Justin Wastler of the home; Justin"s father, Mark Wastler of Olathe, Kansas; mother, Virgene Schneider of Kearney, Nebraska; sister, Pamela Goodrich and husband Larry of Lexington, Kentucky; brother, Marshall Schneider of Beatrice, Nebraska; and brother Michael Schneider and his wife, Karen. Debbie"s pets were always a part of her life; she is survived by her six dogs: Abby, Autumn, Tinkerbell, Blue, Guiseppe, and Cowboy and her two cats: Harley and J.B. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home 120 South Broadway in Louisburg, Kansas.
