Dan O'Malley

Danny O'Malley, age 64, of Olathe, KS, died August 2, 2018 at Olathe Medical Center. Danny was born October 24, 1953 at Kansas City, Kansas. He was the third of four children born to Pat and Dee (Pannell) O'Malley. He grew up in the Hillsdale community and graduated from Spring Hill High School. Danny served his country with the United States Marines. He worked for Coleman and Royal Tractor in Gardner. He also worked at RMI and HiLine Plastics in Olathe. Being a people person, Danny loved helping people. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and participated in several bike runs. When he wasn't riding his bike, he was at the lake fishing with his canine friend Gweedo. He became quite the pro at video games and completing jigsaw puzzles. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his siblings Robert "Bob" O'Malley (Judy) of Hillsdale, Carol Taylor (Tom) of Olathe, and Tom O'Malley of Olathe; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
