Courtney Ray Anderson

Courtney Ray Anderson was born December 3, 2001, at Olathe, Kansas. She was the daughter of Jeremy and Cathleen (Johnson) Anderson. Courtney made her home in Overland Park, Kansas, until her death Thursday, March 7, 2002, at the age of three months and four days. She is survived by her parents; paternal grandfather, Charles C. Anderson of Ottawa; maternal grandparents, Don and Nancy Johnson of Ottawa; six uncles and aunts, Gunnar and Glenda Sjolander of Lakeville, Minnesota, Kent and Renee Goar of Racine, Wisconsin, Ed and Dolores Balda of Topeka, Curtis and Katherine Anderson of Red Oak, Texas, Tim and Missi Johnson of Bentonville, Arkansas, Jeff and Susan Frank of Palatka, Florida; and, many cousins. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Anderson on December 6, 2001. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, Ottawa, 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2002. OFFICIATING CLERGY: Pastor Jon Boyd. IN STATE: Courtney will lie in state at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 5:00 p.m. Sunday to the service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Monday evening.
