Chuck was a lifelong Ottawa resident. Chuck attended Ottawa schools. He was self-employed for twenty years, contracting out as a heavy equipment bulldozer operator. SERVICES: Private family services will be held. IN STATE: Mr. Reams will be cremated. CEMETERY: Highland Cemetery, Ottawa.
