Chanoy Moore, age 45 of Ottawa, Kansas, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe Kansas. She was born on Saturday, December 4, 1965 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Paul D. Moore and Betty Ellen (Hedrick) Moore. Chanoy was a near lifelong Williamsburg, Kansas resident, and has lived in Ottawa since 2004. She graduated from Williamsburg High School, Williamsburg, Kansas with the class of 1984 and Flint Hills Technical School Nursing program in 1995. Chanoy previously worked as a licensed practical nurse at Richmond Care Center, as a Homecare Nurse in the Kansas City area, and from about 1995 worked at Guy & Mae's Tavern in Williamsburg. She enjoyed coaching girls’ softball during the summer months. She is survived by her: Parents - Paul D. and Betty Ellen (Hedrick) Moore of Williamsburg, Kansas; One Sister - Tammy Harabin of Lenexa, Kansas; One Niece - Alexandra Harabin, Spring Hill, Kansas and a Great nephew – Andrew Eli Chadwick of Spring Hill, Kansas. SERVICES: Funeral services will be from the Dengel & Son Mortuary 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2011. IN STATE: Ms. Moore will lie in state at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 1:00 p.m. Thursday to the service hour where the family will meet with friends 7:00 – 8:00 Thursday evening. CEMETERY: Mt.
