Cathy Evelyn Stirewalt

Cathy Evelyn Stirewalt, 70, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 at the St. Luke’s North Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Cathy was born on August 2, 1949 in Paola, Kansas to Neva Mae (Dennerline) Gambrell and Kenneth Leroy Stamback. She graduated from Clearfield High School in Clearfield, Utah in 1967. Cathy married John Robert Stirewalt Jr. in Spring Hill, Kansas on October 21, 1989. She resided in Spring Hill and El Dorado, Kansas before moving to Arizona in July 1999. Cathy was a member of the Association of Realtors. She was an accomplished award-winning real estate agent selling multi-millions across the nation. She didn’t know a stranger! She enjoyed attending her kids’ sporting events, selling real estate, and traveling. Cathy was a vibrant, loving, generous, caring, and all around good-hearted woman that was full of life. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, aunt, Nedra Volland, first husband, Johnny Howard, two brothers, Perry Gambrell and Billy Seaborn, and sister, Marcia Stamback. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, John Robert Stirewalt Jr., her sisters Gayle, Karen, Judy, Patty, and her brother Jody. Her four children, Kenda Wulfkuhle (James), Doug Howard, John R. Stirewalt III, and Linda Negus (Vincent), 8 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, all of whom will dearly miss her.
