Carol Sue East

At the age of three, she moved with her family from Mexico, Missouri, to Ottawa, where she lived all of her life with the exception of a year when she lived in Wichita. Carol attended Ottawa schools and, in 1979, earned a General Equivalency Degree and attended one year at Neosho County Community College in Ottawa. She was a homemaker and had also been employed by Parmalee, Ottawa Retirement Village, and Econo Lodge, all in Ottawa. Carol was a member of North Baptist Church in Ottawa. On June 11, 1960, Carol was united in marriage with Bob West. They later divorced. On July 3, 1990, Carol was united in marriage with Ray East at Ottawa. They were later divorced. SERVICES: Graveside services will be held at Highland Cemetery in Ottawa at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 5, 2006. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mrs. East at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 1:00 p.m. Sunday to the service hour, where the family will meet with friends 4 to 5:00 Sunday afternoon.
