Carol Jean Koch, 54, of Ottawa, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Cremation is planned. No services at this time. Inurnment Highland Cemetery, Ottawa. Carol was born July 25, 1963, in Ottawa, Kansas, the daughter of Clarence Walter and Betty Louise (Gorton) Koch. She was a lifelong Ottawa resident. Survivors include her four siblings, Oren Koch of Ottawa, Katherine Hill and husband Will of Williamsburg, Marilyn Gragg and husband Dennis of Ottawa, and Luther Koch of Ottawa.
