Caleb Lee Osladil

Caleb Lee Osladil, infant son of Jordan and Emilee (Swan) Osladil, was born and went to Heaven on Saturday, January 11, 2014 in Ottawa, Kansas. He will be forever cherished in the hearts of those who survive him including his parents; maternal grandparents, Susan Swan of Ottawa, and Jeffrey Swan of Eudora, Kansas; paternal grandparents, John and Susan Osladil of Ottawa; maternal great grandmother, Elizabeth Moherman of Wellsville; maternal great grandparents, Collette and Melvin Swan of Concordia, Missouri; paternal great grandparents, Bruce and Shirley Osladil of Ottawa; and Norman and Sharon Brockus of Ottawa; aunts, uncles and cousins.
