Brenda Kaye Adams

Brenda Kaye Adams, 62, of Ottawa, Kansas, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, at Olathe Hospice House, Olathe, Kansas. Memorial services will be a held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa, The family will meet with friends directly following the service. Private family inurnment at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa. Brenda was born December 26, 1958, in Ottawa, Kansas, the daughter of William F. and Margie Mae (Scott) Adams. She was born and raised in Ottawa, living in Chanute, Kansas for 10 years and moving back to Ottawa the last 3 years. Brenda attended Ottawa High School with the Class of 1977. She was united in marriage to Dale Brady in Ottawa, they later divorced. She later married David Yohe in Ottawa, they later divorced. Brenda was a lifelong homemaker and cooked for several area businesses throughout her life. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and cherished the time spent with her family, sisters and especially her grandchildren. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her three children, Scott Brady (Julie) of Ottawa, Brandon Yohe of Shawnee, Kansas, and Jessica Yohe of Chanute; siblings, Billy Adams, Debbie Snook (Neil), Max Adams all of Ottawa and Marilyn Reed (Pat) of Gardner; four grandchildren, Dominique Yohe, Keeleigh Yohe, Aiden Flowers and Adaleigh Blanchard, a close friend Raymond Cook of Chanute and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
