Beverly A. Sellers

Beverly A. Sellers, age 78 of Ottawa, Kansas, died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Sunflower Plaza in Ottawa. She was born on Wednesday, November 14, 1934 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Gene Paul and Frances A. (Klienschmidt) Mille. She moved to Ottawa with her family in 1939, lived two years in California and returned to Ottawa in 1954. Beverly graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 1952. She started as an operator for the Bell Telephone Company in 1952 in Palo Alto, California and transferred to Kansas City and then to Ottawa; took ten years off and then was later employed with United Telecom, later known as Sprint as a fraud investigator retiring in 1995. Beverly was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ottawa. In August 1954, Beverly was united in marriage with Gerald Sellers in Kansas City, Kansas. They were later divorced. She is survived by her Son - Michael Ray Sellers and wife Cynthia of Nowata, Oklahoma; Daughter - Linda Judd of Grove, Oklahoma; Grandson – David Sellers and wife Lorie of Nowata, Oklahoma; Step granddaughter – Ivie Judd-Barbee and husband Gerald of Jay, Oklahoma; Two great- granddaughters – Breann Sellers and Nicole Sellers; Brother - Kenneth Mille of Ottawa, Kansas; Brother - Richard Mille and wife Sheri of Versailles, Missouri; Brother - Frank Mille and wife Sharon of Coeur D Alene, Idaho and Sister - Mary Fowler of Ottawa, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her: Parents – Gene P. and Frances A. Mille; Infant Brother - Paul Mille; Brother – David Mille; Son-in-law – Jack Judd; Sister-in-laws - Carol Mille and Nancy Mille. SERVICES: Cremation is planned. Graveside Inurnment Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Ottawa, Kansas. VISITATION: A Rosary will be said at Dengel & Son Mortuary 6:30 P.M. Monday, February 4, 2013, followed by a family and friends visitation from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M.
