Betty L. Thomas

Betty L. (Rhoades) Thomas, 84, of Kansas City, MO died November 18, 2012 at North Care Hospice House, North Kansas City, MO. She was born November 28, 1927 in Almena, Kansas, to Earl and Bernice (Bright) Rhoades. Betty was a devoted wife to Charles F. Thomas (deceased) for 63 years. She dedicated her life to her family and faith in the Catholic Church. She was active with the Birth Right Program at St. John"s Catholic Church in Loveland, Colorado, before relocating to Kansas City, MO. She is survived by their five children. David and Pam Thomas, Greeley, CO; Cathy and Brian Esterly, Albuquerque, NM; Peggy and David Sexton, Kansas City, MO; Thomas R.Thomas, Hilo, Hawaii and Lance and Michelle Thomas, University City, MO. She has seven wonderful grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
