Betty Ellen Moore

Betty Ellen Moore, age 82, of Williamsburg, Kansas, died Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas. She was born on Sunday, December 29, 1929 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Fredrick and Maude (McGinnis) Hedrick. Betty grew up in Springfield. She has been a resident of Williamsburg since 1976, moving from Michigan where she lived many years. Betty was homemaker. On May 29, 1964, Betty was united in marriage with Paul Moore at Flat Rock, Michigan. He survives of their home. She is also survived by her: Daughter - Tammy Harabin of Kansas City, Missouri; Granddaughter - Alexandra Harabin of Spring Hill, Kansas; Great-Grandson - Andrew Eli Chadwick of Spring Hill, Kansas; She is preceded in death by her: Parents - Fredrick and Maude Hedrick; Daughter - Chanoy Ellen Moore; Two brothers and four sisters. SERVICE: Funeral Services will be held at Dengel & Son Mortuary, 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mrs. Moore at Dengel & Son Mortuary after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, to the service hour where the family will meet with friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
