Arthur Paul Bond, age 72, of Jacobs Creek, KS passed away July 15, 2015. Arthur was born January 8, 1943 in Eldon, MO, to Therman L. Bond and Treva (Kelsay) Bond. He was the second of five children, when an infant, the family moved to Kansas City, KS where he grew up and attended Pomeroy grade school and graduated from Washington High School. After graduation, he became a proud Marine (Once a Marine always a Marine). At retirement he moved to Jacobs Creek, near Burlington, KS, where he lived until his death. He was preceded in death by, wife Barbara (Markley) Bond and his parents. He is survived by his sister, Marilynn Gump, brothers, Richard, Gary, and Larry; nieces Vicki Gump, Casey and Caly Bond, nephew, Brian Gump, and great niece, Phoenix Marks and nephew, Evan Gump.
