Anna Marie Button

Anna Marie Button, 93, Ottawa, died Thursday, July 19, 2007, at Ransom Memorial Hospital, Ottawa. She was born June 12, 1914, at Belton, Mo., to Dell Morton and Myrtle Annie (Smith) Dunseth Anna Marie grew up and lived in Belton, Missouri until moving to Ottawa in 1942. She graduated from Belton High School with the class of 1932. Anna Marie worked for over twenty-five years as a practical nurse. She worked at two nursing homes and did a lot of private duty nursing, retiring at age seventy-five. She was a member of American Association of Retired People. On May 3, 1942, Anna Marie was united in marriage with Francis Ernest Button. They were later divorced. Survivors include a sister, Marjorie D. (Dunseth) Feeback, Belton, Mo.; a nephew, John Feeback, Leawood; and a foster son, Sy Hess, Overland Park. SERVICES: Graveside services will be held at Belton Cemetery in Belton, Missouri, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2007. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mrs. Button at Dengel & Son Mortuary in Ottawa from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, where the family will meet with friends from 3 to 4:00 Sunday afternoon.
