Addilynn Renee Poole, age 17 months old, passed away November 7, 2015 at Children's Mercy Hospital following an automobile accident. She is survived by parents Ryan and Heather Poole, maternal grandparents Jim and Becky Tracy, maternal great grandparents Bill and Alta Beaty, paternal grandparents Brian and Janet Poole and paternal great grandparents Frank and Cheryl Poole and Ted Lister.
