RESIDENCE HISTORY: Aaron grew up in Drumright, Oklahoma, until the age of thirteen, lived in Parsons, Kansas from 1937 until 1958, and Ft. Smith, Arkansas until January of 1962, when he moved to Ottawa. EDUCATION: He graduated from Parsons High School, Parsons, Kansas with the class of 1942. OCCUPATION & BUSINESS: Aaron worked twenty-three years as a sales and factory representative, retiring in 1987. GOVERNMENT SERVICE: Aaron served in the United States Navy during World War II, attaining the rank of Petty Officer 3rd Class. MEMBERSHIPS: Aaron was a member of First Baptist Church, Skilton Club, and Rotochords, all of Ottawa. MARRIAGE: On November 8, 1944, Aaron was united in marriage with Jean J. McLain in Parsons, Kansas. She preceded him in death on December 31, 1987. On November 26, 1994, Aaron was united in marriage with Shirley King in Ottawa. She survives of their home. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from First Baptist Church in Ottawa at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2005. Military Honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Post #5901 of Ottawa. IN STATE: Mr. Drumright will lie in state after 1:00 p.m. Sunday at Dengel & Son Mortuary to service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Monday evening. MEMORIALS: The family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
