Lisa Del Burnley

Lisa Del Burnley, age 76, of rural Paola, KS, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 20, 2023, at her home with her husband by her side.

Cremation is planned and private family services will be held.

Lisa was born on Tuesday, December 3, 1946, in Claycomo, MO. She was the daughter of Claude and Ida (Wright) McCowan. She had eight siblings. Lisa was a Kansas State Representative of the Kansas Appaloosa Horse Club. Horses were a passion of hers, and she considered them to be her best friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and six siblings.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Ron Burnley, of the home, sister, Claudia Wintz, brother, Eujean McCowan, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
