Brent Kenneth Clouse

Brent Kenneth Clouse, 60, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa.

Family will meet with friends 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. prior to services.

Interment Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, Kansas.

Brent was born Friday, September 14, 1962, in Humansville, Missouri. He was the son of Adam and Wanda (Andrews) Clouse.

He lived in Lane, Kansas for thirty years before moving to Olathe in 2021,

Brent was united in marriage to Linda Higginsbotham in Ottawa, Kansas on July 27, 1997. She preceded him in death on July 6, 2018,

He was employed with Asphalt Sales Company in Olathe, Kansas as a heavy equipment operator for thirty years.

Brent liked the outdoors and country living. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going to the lake. Brent loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by wife Linda; parents Adam and Wanda; sister Mary Strown; and uncle Kenneth Redd.

Survivors include step-daughter Cammie King (Jason) of Olathe, Kansas; son Brandon Clouse of Clinton, Missouri; sister Peggy Stockdall (Joe) of Clinton, Missouri; and five grandchildren Jordan King, Aubrey King, Blake Clouse, Anthony Clouse and Jaselynn Clouse.
